Tags provide an easy and simple way of organizing information. Tags are non-hierarchical metadata which helps describe information and enables information to be quickly accessed by browsing and searching.

Navigate using the Tag Cloud

SmartShare provides a visual representation of tags in the form of a tag cloud. The tag cloud displays the importance of each tag using font size and color.

Click on a tag in the tag cloud to drill down the information to only display relevant information connected to the selected tag.

Find information using tags

SmartShare's full text search engine, indexes tags as soon as any new tag is added or changed. Use the tag index and tag suggestion when searching information.
